    Provide high level administrative support to Director, Clinical Operations.  Anticipate needs and proactively coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure that operations and all assigned office management activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.





    1. Administration

    • Administrative Assistant to Director, Clinical Operations
    • Schedule internal and external meetings, webinars, and conferences
    • Prepare meeting minutes and store electronically for access for all meetings as directed by the Director, Clinical Operations.
    • Coordinate preparation for meetings, including agenda and related arrangements
    • Prepare presentation materials, meeting handouts, and draft correspondence
    • Manage expense reports, track expenditures for travel, meals, etc.
    • Maintain files, reports, and other confidential business documents
    • Follow-up with Director's direct reports as necessary for assigned tasks, progress and deadlines
    • Assist with the tracking of the providers CME and scheduled time off requests. This includes the provider rescheduling forms, etc.
    • Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals
    • Comply with all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
    • Learn scheduling system to perform actions as requested by Director, Clinical Operations and to support healthcare Provider staff

    High School degree or GED



    Associate Degree






    1. Proficient in Microsoft Office
    2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary.
    3. Able to work independently and collaboratively to complete complex tasks and projects within deadlines
    4. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, handle sensitive material concerning the organization and the Director's role, and effectively resolve difficult and sensitive situations.
    5. Exceptional organizational (scheduling, detail orientation, proactive follow-up and overall project management, multi-tasking), time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    6. Excellent interpersonal skills, etiquette and professionalism
    7. Proven ability to anticipate administrative needs and respond to changes in schedule and priority
    8. Able to plan, manage multiple priorities, and organize a heavy workload, adjust to changing priorities on short notice while displaying grace and optimism under pressure
    9. Adapt to changing technologies and learn functionality of new equipment and systems
    10. Ability to work hours necessary and as assigned to complete job tasks



    1. Prior healthcare experience
    2. Experience supporting leaders, multitasking, and managing projects
